How do I create an account?
Download the Remnant Space app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Sign Up" to create your account using your email address or Google account.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Can I download songs for offline listening?
Yes! Premium subscribers can download songs, albums, and playlists for offline listening. Simply tap the download icon next to any song or playlist.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription in the app. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
How can I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three-dot menu next to any content and select "Report." Provide details about the issue, and our moderation team will review it promptly.
Can I use Remnant Space on multiple devices?
Yes! You can use your account on multiple devices. However, you can only stream on one device at a time with a standard subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your playlists and saved content will be deleted.
What audio quality does Remnant Space support?
We support multiple audio qualities: Standard (128 kbps), High (256 kbps), and Premium quality (320 kbps). Premium subscribers can access the highest quality streaming.
